That's great!  Current building codes require speicific design elements.  We are happy to work with your design, however some adjustments may be required.

Yes, the package includes up to 5 color choices inside the home.

The package includes 'Level 1' Granite for all countertops.  Upgrades to other levels and quartz are available.

Yes!  We offer a 1 year service warranty an a 10 year structural warranty.  

Once the building lot is selected, you will need to select a basic home plan to start the design process.  Through our many industry connections, design expertise, knowledge of state/county codes and requirements, and modifications for your preferences, we develop a custom floor plan to meet your needs.  

Once the land and basic home model are selected, we will begin the design process and then proceed with approvals and construction.  Below is the high level process:

Design - At this point, there is a design fee to move forward. The Design Phase results in a customized home design, 3 level floor plan and elevation plan (a plan that shows how the house will sit on the property). 

Structural Plans - We then create the structural plan to build the home to specifications.

Lines and Grades - A Iines and grades plan illustrates the detailed land and home  properties according to local code.

Permitting - We submit the request for permit to the county including the Lines and Grades and Detailed home plans showing your home with all apertances, including water, septic/sewer, driveway, trees, grading and any other county requirements for evaluation.

Build - Now we are ready to build!

We are happy to help guide you with your financing needs.  If you have your own lot, you will need to be prequalified for a building loan. If you choose one our lots, you will need a construction loan to pay for the construction phase of the home.
