We build truly custom homes. We are not in the business of high volume neighborhood development.  When we say custom, we mean custom.  We don't mean, 'choose 1 of 4 models'. Let's get down to figuring out exactly what's important to you as a homeowner - and making it happen.  Sure, we will offer suggestions and we have some models that have worked well for our clients - but we are not interested in cookie cutter - we are interested in designing and building a home that is perfect for you and your family.

We are 100% engaged in the process from start to finish.  We are not a large company that farms out  oversight across several projects. We focus on a small number of projects at a time, which affords us the ability to be present and involved in each phase of your new home planning and construction. Because we are so involved, we are able to very closely manage and communicate status, timelines and avoid common setbacks.

We are dedicated to delivering energy efficiency.  This dedication spans from the appliances and lighting we select to the insulation and building materials we use throughout the home.

Quality is our commitment to you. We wouldn't build a house for our own family that is beneath our standards. We won't skimp on quality with your home either.  We pride ourselves on attention to detail. We use quality materials that meet and/or exceed building standards.  We have built relationships with our subcontractors because they consistently deliver quality finished product.

We think it's important and smart to keep keep future improvements in mind during construction. For example, many clients leave their basements unfinished initially but plan to finish in the future. During design and construction we can plan for things like access, plumbing, duct work, ceiling height, and sound proofing to ensure that future work is simplified.

The process of designing and building a custom home is exciting! We love working with our clients to find the perfect location, designing the perfect house with useful features and functionality, and building that home to be enjoyed for years to come.  We include our clients in every step of the way to the extent and level of detail that they want to be involved.
